Reading your story helped me cope with my nephew's death to ALL. My nephew had a perfect match bone marrow transplant and died 2 weeks later, last year, at the young age of just 21. Your stories sound SO similar. My nephew didn't want to go to sleep for fear he wouldn't wake up. He loved life! One night he slipped away after going into a coma after the transplant. The photos are an asset to the site and bring the reality of a young life cut short by leukemia, but lived fully in the limited time that was had. I hope you found peace and relief of pain at last.
